Increase Your Systems Longevity & Performance
A typical Clean & Tune consists of the following:
- Inspect and clean blower motor assembly.
- Lubricate motor, inspect and replace fan belt if needed.
- Check combustion blower housing for debris as necessary.
- Inspect circulator pump and gaskets, lubricate if applicable.
- Inspect burner assembly and ignition system. Clean and adjust as necessary.
- Inspect heat exchanger or heating elements.
- Inspect flue piping – check for proper attachment to furnace, any dislocation sections, and for signs of corrosion.
- Inspect control box, associated controls, wiring, and connections.
- Clean air filters. Replacement filter will be an additional cost.
- Replace oil filter (additional cost)
- Replace nozzle (additional cost)
- Inspect conditioned airflow system (duct work) – check for leaks.
- WHILE YOUR SYSTEM IS OPERATING: Monitor system starting characteristics and capabilities. Listen for noise, search for unusual odors.
